Nitric Oxide Supplements
Nitric oxide is a compound that helps open up the arteries for better blood flow. In bodybuilding and weight lifting, this means faster recovery with every strenuous activity and better muscle formation. The pumped up effect that you feel immediately after an exercise routine is mainly caused by nitric oxide running through your system. In some cases, women in labor are given nitric oxide to prepare them for the sudden force of giving a natural birth. It is also used in pediatric cases where the infant is at risk for pulmonary vascular diseases.
When your blood vessels are dilated, this also means better absorption of the protein that goes into your system. Your endocrine system is at its peak in terms of catching up with the “pumped up” environment in your body. It is like your body is going through a hyperdrive mode when you are on nitric oxide. Just take extra precaution in using it regularly.
