A low carb protein diet is not that difficult to achieve. You will need lots of protein to sustain your active lifestyle and to help you build more muscle mass but at the same time, you need less carbohydrates (there is no need to completely eliminate carbs, however). A low carb protein diet will help you stay in shape and here are some ways on how you can achieve that with minimum effort.
1. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you can turn your regular breakfast into a low carb protein meal by having some nuts mixed with your cereal (non-sugar coated type please), along with a glass of milk and some fruits such as cantaloupe.
